Scripture: Matthew 5:6(KJV)
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Within the heart of every one of us is a hunger to become something of significance, to reach a level of accomplishment according to our measure of faith gained in Christ Jesus.
Apostle Paul’s journey with God is a perfect reference to the body of Christ to aid us in seeking God with our hearts. God desires to bring us to a place of richness before God. The story of Paul’s life in the book of Acts and his encounter on his journey to persecute believers commenced His encounter with God.
In our pursuit of God, we are to pray for a personal encounter with the LORD. The Apostle Paul was surely one of the most sincere and disciplined men this world has ever seen.
He was strongly motivated to reach for the highest standards of excellence that both God and the world could lay before him. Paul’s heart desired to know Jesus Christ and for his life to be found in Him. May you find peace in Him as you desire to encounter Him more.

LORD God, grant me the grace to pursue you with all of my heart. Lead me to seek you in all my days in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
