And this is the condemnation, that light comes into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.
To enjoy eternal life, we first have to hate the old life according to John (12:20-25). This has to do with closing the old life, hating the Adamic life, and choosing the new life (which is eternal life). Eternal life is a life accompanied by purpose.
This life gives one the freedom in the kingdom to pursue righteousness and holiness. It is a life that gives one freedom to explore God’s kingdom. Our love for God will give us the ability to choose eternal life over eternal damnation.
God will give you more grace to be able to walk over every heap that will stand in your way, over every limitation that will cause you to be stranded, and turn your sorrows into blessings from time to time. Be empowered to triumph over every situation that causes you not to love the things of God.
Prayer:
God of heaven and earth, I ask for your divine intervention to stand and triumph over every situation and limitation in my life in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
