Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.
Peace is an important virtue that must be promoted in every area of our life. The Bible says our way of life and our walk-in society must meet up with the standard of peace and holiness. With God, holiness is His holy nature, with us, holiness is our sanctification and our being separated unto God.
The child of God pursues peace when you walk in the fruit of the Spirit(Galatians 5:22). Anyone who walks in the fruit of the Spirit will manifest peace. Your speech, consciousness, and mind will be restrained by the Word of God as you pursue it. As we pursue peace with all men, we must pay attention to the matter of sanctification before God.
Beloved in the Lord, you need to understand that in your journey with God, there are times when people are going to offend you with their choice of words, and with all other unknown things. You’ve to learn to forgive and let the Spirit of God guide you. Without peace with God and our brethren, we can not see God. Hallelujah!!
