Romans 8:14(ESV)
For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God.
Anyone who is led by the spirit of God is a son of God. Though God’s Spirit is always ready to lead us, you must take the initiative to be led by Him. This means you must be willing to take Him as your life and everything and be willing to put to death every work of your old self.
If you are being led by this same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead, you will walk and believe in a way that proves your sonship. This action is caused as a result of the triune God having dominion over our lives. If you would care for Him as a person who dwells in you, you will spontaneously be led by Him.
Beloved, the Lord called all sinners into sonship by first loving us and giving unto us His only begotten son, the firstborn among creation to bring redemption unto us. While we were sinking in sin, He loved us and gave us the power to overcome sin and all our anxieties. For you to continue walking in this divine life, you must be willing to walk and be led by the spirit of the Lord. Hallelujah!!!
Prayer:
Thank you Abba Father for making me your son through the death of your son. Help me to walk in your path and shine forth in my life. Lead me to walk in the path of righteousness in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
