2 Timothy 4:5(ESV)
As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, and fulfil your ministry.
Paul highlights in his letter to his son Timothy what is required of one to obtain the seed of mercy. He writes: I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Mercy is a seed and one will only have or obtain it on how diligent he or she is. God will recompense the church and those who love Him on His day of appearing. The minister of Christ is to minister Christ in all His riches to both sinners and believers for the building up of the body of Christ.
You’re a seed of Abraham, bought with the precious blood of the Lord Jesus. Brethren, grace, and mercy in full measure are made available and in abundance for you. Praise Him in all your doing and you will be established in Him only. Hallelujah!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I’ve learned that grace in its fullness is made in full measure for me. Guide me to be well established in You in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
