1 Corinthians 15:10(ESV)
But by the grace of God, I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me.
The word “grace” appears three times in this verse, which is the resurrected Christ becoming a life-giving Spirit to dwell in the heart and life of all creation. This life makes us live in His resurrection. Christ is the resurrection who became a life supply unto the church. It is by this same grace and this testimony that made Paul, a persecutor of the brethren become a preacher of the message of truth.
The Lord has given us grace and we must labour with the grace to achieve greatness. It takes both divine grace and human labour to be what God has designed us to be. We frustrate the grace of God upon our lives if we over-rely on grace as the sole ingredient for greatness. You’re the embodiment of God the Father who became the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit who dwells in all believers until this day.
Paul asserted that he is what he is because of God’s grace, yet with the grace he also laboured more abundantly than all the other Apostles. Beloved, let us not frustrate the grace of God upon our lives, by idling about, but labour more abundantly with the grace to achieve God’s purposes for your life. You’re a blessing!!!
Prayer:
Your grace ooh God is sufficient to me than any other. Help me, mould me and build me for greater assignments in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
