Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.
There are so many out there who are going through life afflictions and circumstances that have broken them. Peace, joy, and love are something of a past to others because of crises they may find their self in. Apostle Paul’s counsel to the church is to relay words of encouragement in Christ, and openly show love to such people. This is what qualifies one as having the mind of Christ.
The same inward affection you show a brother is what Christ will be provoked to show you or touch the heart of men to show you. Christ and Christ alone should be the centrality and universality of our entire being. Our thinking and way of life must be focused on the excellency of the knowledge and experience of Christ. Focusing on anything else causes us to think differently and do our things in a godly way.
The mind of Christ is not selfish, it is not biased, it does not hate a brother, it does not kill, it does not leave in disunity. The mind of Christ focuses on only positive things. Every untransformed mind does not act according to God’s command. Christ emptied himself for our gain. Beloved, to experience Him, we need to be one with Him. You can become like Him when He is in you and you’re in Him. Let this thing be in you from today. Be blessed!!!
