Our Greatest Need

Psalms 143:6(KJV)
I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land.

Many years before giving my life to Jesus, I knew something great was missing in my life. I always saw the world to be a strange place. I needed answers to my thought and my questions. There was always a boring moment, loneliness, and the thought of searching for the truth in this world had become my greatest need.

When you find him, you’ve found the truth. David said: answer me quickly, LORD; my spirit is failing. Do not hide your face from me; otherwise, I will become like those who descend into the pit( Psalm 143:7).

There are so many people out there who deeply know there is one great thing missing in their life. But it had to find it. In 2020, somewhere around the pandemic period. One coursemate of mine called me: she said, I know I’ve been messing up around for a long. I’m in a period where I can’t anymore. I feel like Christ needs me most and I need more of Him. I don’t know what to do. Very few days after leading her to Christ, she came back to me and said, she thinks she has found the truth and the peace she needed most.

Christ Jesus is the one who can meet the deepest problem of our life. When David said, the LORD is my shepherd. I shall not want….. he was talking about how deep God’s love and care for His children look. There is peace, joy, comfort, security, and happiness in the Lord. Don’t give up in life. God is your help and strength. He is so much passionate about you. He loves you and cares so much about you. There is more in Him which when you find will satisfy your thirsty soul. May you receive help from Zion as you become passionate about Him every day!!!

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank you for satisfying my thirsty soul with all of you. Thank you for giving me peace, joy and granting me the opportunity to become one of your sons. Help me and guide me through this barren life in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
