Luke 10:19(ESV)
Behold, I have given you the power 'to tread upon serpents and scorpions and the full force of the enemy, and nothing will harm you.
The agenda of satan in these last days is to kill and destroy the sons of God. What the enemy had access to was “power” when we first fell short of God’s glory. The word “power” is from the word “exousia” which is translated as authority to set freedom and bring liberty to people. The LORD has given unto us authority to subdue every form of power that is not of Him.
Scorpions and serpents are used figuratively to represent satan and his cohort whose thoughts and imagination all the time are to bring destruction and lead the sons of God in unproductive things. Thank God for bringing unto us a selfless man, who in time past saw the beginning and the end, who also saw His death yet made himself available that we may gain what we lost in Adam.
God’s chosen one, you’ve God’s power in you. His authority to set at liberty has been entrusted in your care. This authority given will not allow these powers to hurt you or bring you down. The Lord intends to work Himself through us and make us a nation that looks peculiar in His own hands. May you be wise in your thought and obedient to His leading for God to have a complete work in you. Praise the Lord!!

Thank you, heavenly Father for giving unto the church power to tremble over every satanic power that is not from you oh God. I ask that you work yourself through me and cause my light to shine for your kingdom work in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
