So that in the coming ages, he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
Nothing is more foundational to the Christian life we are journeying in than for the believer to understand his or her position in Christ Jesus. We are a royal priesthood, we are a prince and a peculiar people by the Lord’s ordinance.
Your position in Christ is your legal standing with God. The question you have to daily ask yourself is, are you enemies or His friends to the savior? Understanding these things makes a difference in how we live day in and day out.
Beloved, in His goodness and by His grace, God changes our standing. Our position before Him is when we place our trust in Christ for the forgiveness of our sins and He reconciled us back unto Himself.
Ephesians 2:7 affirms that our new status flows out of that wonderful phrase “the immeasurable riches of God’s grace in kindness towards us.” You’re a blessing!!!
