Scripture: John 14:15(KJV)
If ye love me, keep my commandments.
In our devotional yesterday, we saw what comes upon us when we decide to walk in the Spirit of truth. As children of God, He doesn’t make a demand from us except His love.
It is the love you have for him that will increase and help you have strong intimacy with Him. By being obedient to the voice of God, you will be able to accomplish your divine purpose through the intimacy you’ve as a result of your obedience to His word.
Obeying the Spirit of truth can be difficult sometimes but as you die daily to the flesh, you will live according to the will of God for your life as your love for Him increases. Glory to the highest!
Prayer:
Merciful Father, your word says I must die daily to the flesh in other to fully yield myself unto you. As I desire to walk with you, help me to die daily in the flesh in Jesus’ Name.Amen.
