Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade others. But what we are is known to God, and I hope it is known also to your conscience.
As disciples of Christ, we have a compelling mandate to win souls for Jesus Christ. Christ Jesus came to this earth, primarily to save sinners and reconcile all creatures back to the Father. Today, He has ascended unto the glory, sitted at the right hand of the Father and entrusted this ministry of reconciliation to the Church; which is His body.
We need to major in the minors and minor in the major mandate. We have to invest in soul winning than any other thing. The focus of the church and our loyalty as Christians must be centered most often on what will give life to people. Beloved, if we would go out to convince others with the gospel that brings salvation to all men, the Holy Spirit will convict and convert them. Bible says he that wins souls is wise. It’s high time we make the preaching of the good news our passion and mandate.
Beloved in Christ, If you will seek first the expansion and furtherance of the kingdom of God, the word of the LORD says all other things shall be added unto us. This is God’s expectation of us. Souls are perishing, spread the good news to save and rescue them that are in bondage. Stay blessed!!!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, rekindle in me the passion for the lost soul. Empower me by your Holy Spirit to be a fruitful witness for Christ. Let my life be a tool for the salvation of many. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
