You’re What You Confess

Scripture: Mark 11:23(ESV)
Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.

Your choice of words is very important as long as you are a child of God. God Himself framed this world by His choice of words. What you confess is what you become. If you think of good, you will become it, the same way your negative confession has an impact on you. Everyone’s life is the summation of the words that come out of them.

We must live to frame our life on our choices of words. Confess good things day in and day out for yourself. As Christians God has given us the power to do so, no witch doctors or powers from under the world can overturn the purposes of God for our lives as we keep on confessing the lordship of Christ over our life and following after the command of God.

If you want to walk in righteousness and always produce the works of righteousness, “be ready to confess to yourself that you’re the righteousness of God”.

God has already done the necessary for us to enjoy a life that is full of Christ. It is our responsibility to keep the ways of God and affirm to ourselves that we have this great life that God has given to us. From hence, confess to yourself that you’ve been called to a life of peace and moral excellence. May the Spirit of God that raised Jesus Christ from the dead help you conquer every battle that is ahead of you. Have a fruitful day!!!

Prayer:
Thank you God for revealing yourself through my life today. For shaping me in your perfect will and bringing me to a place of restoration. I ask that you restore and make me whole in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
