Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
Christ Jesus is the bread of life that cometh down from heaven and giveth life unto the world. As children of God, we need to eat the same spiritual food and should not eat anything other than Christ. Christ is the rock who died, resurrected, and rose again from the dead. He’s the fountain of life that supplies life unto the church.
Paul, the Apostle of Jesus Christ writes in 1 Corinthians 10:17 because there is one bread, we who are many are one body, for we all partake of the one bread. One bread signifies the body of Christ. We are all one body because we all partake of the bread that is Christ Jesus. You have the life of Christ in you, meaning you’re no more born of corruptible seed but of incorruptible seed.
Brethren in Christ, you share the same life with the Lord. If we share His life, we do share His prosperity, good health, strength, and glory. Indeed you’re a partakers of the divine nature and associate of God. Hallelujah!!!
