1 Corinthians 3:9(ESV)
For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building.
Do you know God too is a worker in His backyard? Yes, He is. While you have been called and chosen as a minister of Christ( His fellow workers), our charge is the cultivation of seeds on His land. He’s in charge of the prunning which at the end, all the fruitful seeds shall be harvested and we shall be rewarded. The LORD as well is working in His barnyard.
What a privilege it is to work with the LORD God. This is the glory of it all that His servant, chosen and called according to His Holy calling are separated unto good works. What a glory it is for us to be fellow workers, working together with the King of kings on His cultivated land to see Christ be formed in all men.
Beloved, every believer who has been regenerated in Christ with God’s life, is God’s cultivated land, a farm in God’s new creation to grow Christ that precious material may be produced for God’s building. You’re not only God’s cultivated land but also God’s building. As the church of God, we’ve Christ planted in us. Hallelujah!!!
Prayer:
Glorious Father, thank you for making me a fellow worker in your barnyard. Help me to be fruitful and contribute towards your divine assignment for my life as I work towards keeping your barnyard in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
