Scripture: Genesis 2:16-17 KJV - "And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat, but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
The biblical truth about the love God had for man was not a result of our good deeds, but of his own decision to love us. You did not do anything to deserve such a manner of love. This came naturally because He chose you.
Due to the undeserved love God has shown towards us through his son Jesus Christ, we have no other option than to also love Him and that is the beginning of our love for God. He died on the cross because of you. You have no excuse to give for not loving God.
The Bible says in (John 3:16) for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Beloved, you have everlasting life because you’re born of God. Praise The Lord!!

Thank you heavenly father for loving me through your only begotten Son Jesus Christ. I pray for an increase in faith and strength to love you more in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
