John 1:12(ESV)
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
The love God has for each one of us is endless. God is love. His love for mankind cannot be measured, it is described as endless. God’s love does not mean that we should leave our life in an unhealthy manner. God’s love provided a plan of redemption and salvation for mankind. God’s love provided the cross of Jesus Christ by which man can have forgiveness and cleansing. It was the love of God that sent Jesus Christ to the cross.
No matter what sin you have committed, no matter how black, dirty, shameful, or terrible it may be, God loves you. Yet this love of God that is immeasurable, unmistakable, and unending, this love of God that reaches wherever a man is, can be entirely rejected. God will not force Himself upon anyone against his will. It is your part to believe. It is your part to receive. Nobody else can do it for you.
Beloved, He has given you the privilege to be called a son of God. The spirit of the almighty has made you and the breath of the Almighty has given you life. Bible says that He didn’t come to condemn the sinner, but He came for each one of us to see the light and know His true way.
You will shine forth, make an impact, and be known for your relevant work as you seek Him all the time. May you encounter the love of God from today and may His spirit abide with you as you constantly fellowship in Him. Be blessed!!!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, your love overwhelms me each time. Despite my sin, Jesus’ death on the cross cleansed me from all my past. Help me to stand firmly and be rooted in you all the time in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
