Scripture:1 Corinthians 2:16(ESV)
For who has understood the mind of the Lord to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
As a believer, you must have it in mind that, you’re organically one with Christ. Sinful thoughts do not have the power to gain mastery over you unless you allow them. Bible says for sin will not have mastery over you because you are not under law but under grace( Romans 6:14). God’s grace has given us insight into His intelligence because we are captured in Him.
He has delivered you from the powers of sin and darkness and delivered you into His Kingdom of light. Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light( Colossians 1:12). The powers of darkness cannot have dominion over you.
As a child of God, you’re in the realm of God’s life, which supersedes sin. In Christ Jesus you have redemption, this is our present-day possession. We must retain this consciousness of the Word of God and rejoice in it. Glory to God in the highest!
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I thank you for redeeming me from the powers of darkness and sin, showing me your mercy, and leading me to always overcome all things in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
