John 10:7(ESV)
So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep.
Christ is the door for the church and his chosen. He’s not only for the elect to enter into the custody of the law but also for God’s chosen people such as Paul, John, Peter and you to walk out of the fold of the law. He came for our separation from dead works and brought us to his place of transformation.
The phrase, “I’m the door of the sheep” indicates that Christ is the door not only through which God’s elect may go in but through which his chosen generation will be freed from the bondage of the law. The Lord is on your side beloved. Christ is the feeding place for you. To be in the hands of God is gain, but to be seen as a sheep without a shepherd is loss on your side.
Beloved, submit unto the man who has tasted death and is alive today. Christ came not only for the righteous but for the sinner. Before Christ came, the law was a ward and being under the law was transitional but Christ has given us a more comfortable place to enjoy him and have him as our pasture. Don’t miss Christ and miss the riches of his inheritance. You’re blessed!!!
Prayer:
Thank you heavenly Father for freeing me from every curse of the law. Guide me to fully submit to your will as a sheep and lead me to fully accomplish my purpose in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
