2 Chronicles 15:7(ESV)
But you, take courage! Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded.”
God has always been the reward of men. He is diligent to the diligent and faithful to the faithful steward. The system of this world is framed on the authority of God’s word. All things were made by Him and without Him, was anything made that was made(John 1:3). For this reason, he chooses whom to reward in bountiful fold according to the measure of work output. The normal expectation of work is the reward.
We invest to earn; we plant to reap in due season. We sometimes get discouraged after years of wasteful toils and fruitless labor. There is the temptation to throw in the towel and fold up when our efforts fail to yield the desired results. But as for you, be strong and never be discouraged because there will be a reward for your labor. Your years of hard work and the investments you’ve made in your family and the work of God will never be in vain.
Beloved, be strong and courageous in God, pray out your frustrations and fears, and believe in a God who cannot lie. Bible writes in ( Romans 3:4): By no means! Let God be true though everyone was a liar, as it is written, “That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged.” Be diligent and unwavering knowing that our God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Prayer:
Heavenly Father, grant me the fortitude never to give up and be discouraged. Give me the strength to be diligent in any good work I do. knowing that my labor will never be in vain in the Lord. Help me to thrive where others have failed and to succeed where others have faltered in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
